Digital bird’s-eye view

We film your building with a drone and create a photorealistic 3D scene you can experience in the browser. No plugin. No download.

6×

Higher information density

Photos show fragments. AeroScan shows spatial structure, proportions and routes: all at once, to explore interactively.

3D

Instead of flat photos

With the extended offer, up to 50% more clients book directly, because they already know what to expect before they call.

2.4×

Longer interaction

Users actively navigate through the property instead of scrolling statically. Interactive exploration creates an emotional connection.

−40%

Follow-up questions before a viewing

A clear sense of the space reduces uncertainty. Location, condition, access: all visible before anyone calls.

Three steps to your digital scene

  1. 01Drone flight

We fly over your property for 20 to 40 minutes and record a high-resolution video. No elaborate rigging, no tripod.

  2. 023D processing

The video is computed into a Gaussian Splat scene, photorealistic and optimised for the browser, within 24 to 48 hours.

  3. 03Share the link

You receive a link. Your client opens it in the browser and that’s it. No download, no plugin, no app store.

Photo vs. AeroScan

Classic photos

  • Single views from fixed angles
  • How house, meadow and car park relate stays open
  • The surroundings show only if someone photographs them too
  • Each picture stands alone, the context is missing

AeroScan

  • The whole site in one scene
  • Turn, zoom and look from every direction
  • Buildings, paths, access road and parking where they really are
  • Opens from a link in the browser, no app

Gaussian Splat: what is behind it?

  • Gaussian Splat (.sog / .spz)
  • WebGL browser renderer
  • Structure from Motion
  • Hosted in Germany

Gaussian Splat web viewer

Gaussian splatting is a new 3D rendering method from AI research. Unlike classic 3D models, the scene is made up of millions of small photorealistic “splats”. The result looks like a photo but is fully navigable.

The scene is hosted on our infrastructure and embedded in your website via a link or an iframe. So you need no server infrastructure of your own.

Any questions?

We may be able to answer your open questions right here.

How long does it take to create the AeroScan?

The time depends on the size, complexity and local conditions. As a rule, the capture on site is quick, while the processing and optimisation that follow take a little more time depending on the scope of the project. We agree the exact timeframe with you openly in advance.

How is the AeroScan embedded?

The AeroScan can be integrated directly into your website and shown there interactively. Depending on the use, it can also be embedded in presentations, sales processes or custom digital solutions. We make sure the display is technically clean, performant and easy to access.
